These terms apply when you buy services from UKwise, a trading name of [YOUR COMPANY LTD]. Each project also has a written quote or proposal, which forms part of our agreement.
Google Maps management has a 3-month minimum term and SEO has a 6-month minimum term. Website care plans roll monthly. After any minimum term, either side can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Monthly fees are billed in advance.
Website builds are paid 50% upfront and 50% before launch. The number of revision rounds is set out in your package. Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted before we start.
You agree to give us the access, information and content we need, and to confirm that any photos, logos or text you supply are yours to use.
We work carefully to improve your visibility, but search engines control their own rankings. We cannot guarantee specific positions, traffic or sales.
Once paid in full, your website, domain, Google profile and content belong to you. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
