When you fill in our form or email us, we collect your name, business name, town, email address, phone number (if given) and anything you choose to write in your message. If you become a client, we also keep the details needed to provide our services and send invoices.
We do not sell your data, and we only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them.
We use trusted providers to run our business, such as website hosting, email and payment services. They only process data on our instructions. Some team members and providers may be based outside the UK; where that happens we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 6 years after our work ends, to meet UK tax rules.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email hello@ukwise.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
